I am located in Phoenix, AZ in the Deer Valley area.

Online therapy is convenient and simple. I will send you a link once you sign up in the client portal, where you can manage all appointments and documentation.

I have limited availability for in person sessions. My office is located in North Phoenix off of 19th Avenue and Deer Valley.

Insurance determines fees for your specific plan. I verify all co-payments and insurance plans through Alma. If you choose not to use your insurance, my rate is $155 per session for 50 minutes.

Our first session involves a comprehensive intake assessment. We will meet for about 55 minutes to determine how often you would like to meet moving forward and if there are any further recommendations based on our first session.

The amount of sessions is based on your goals for therapy, the frequency of our sessions, and the approach we use to work toward your goals. Since there is no one size fits all in therapy, we will do a full assessment to determine your needs, and we may re-evaluate as we go to ensure we are moving the direction that best aligns with your goals and values.

If you choose to use out of network benefits, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
