“You are imperfect, you are wired for struggle, but you are worthy of love and belonging"

I am an EMDR certified therapist and consultant in training based in Arizona. I offer teletherapy sessions for residents located in Arizona and Oregon. I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Arizona State University. In my spare time, I enjoy watching baseball, football, doing yoga, and spending time with family.

please Hear me when I say:

You are worthy of healing.

The things you’ve been through are abnormal, but the things you are going through are a normal part of the healing process. You don’t have to settle for accepting what you think you deserve. You deserve a comfortable space to heal. I hope you will take the first step in your healing journey by reaching out when you are ready.

How I work

At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that we are all worthy of healing.

Adverse experiences shape our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. These experiences often result in carrying feelings of overwhelming shame. Maybe these feelings aren’t ours to carry. If you are ready to let go, EMDR is a powerful way to let go of carried shame and traumatic experiences. No matter what happened, you don’t have to stay stuck.

Therapy with me is…
