Meet Ryan

Ryan helps people adapt to changing life circumstances including; chronic stress, hopelessness, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. Ryan enjoys working with veterans, first responders, and LGBTQ+ clients from diverse cultures and settings. Ryan is trained to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, and various crisis resolution methods.

Ryan has been working in the mental health field since 2009 and is licensed as an associate counselor by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Ryan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University in 2007 and went on to complete a Master of Arts Degree in mental health counseling from Argosy University in 2011.

Ryan offers weekend teletherapy sessions at cash pay rate of $125 with sliding scale .
